If CCISD trustee Tony Diazran Liquid Anadrol For Sale for an at large seat on the Del Mar College board of regents and was elected to serve, holding both offices would be a conflict, the district board attorney said Monday.
Philip D. Fraissinet told "Anaboliset Aineet" Corpus Christi Independent School District trustees "Anaboliset Aineet" about the legal opinion "Gensci Jintropin" he had on the issue after trustees allowed him to discuss his advice publicly. He previously said the opinion was attorney client privileged information.
Diaz is seeking re election to his CCISD Primobolan 20 Week Cycle at large seat "4 Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone Side Effects" and had filed for an at large Del Mar College regent seat. He withdrew from the Del Mar race last week.
The two boards are in conflict, Fraissinet told Diaz during Monday meeting. He said it because both entities levy taxes and share contracts with one another.
The dual office issue was brought up as part of Monday board meeting agenda.
Board President Bill Clark said he "Anadrol 50" placed the item on the agenda because he wanted to better understand the procedure trustees need to go through when considering running and serving on two public offices.
Clark said he could tell Diaz didn have a clear answer about what to do after he read about it in the newspaper.
Fraissinet emphasized that he serves CCISD and not individual trustees. He said he couldn provide individual legal advice.
He said Superintendent Scott Elliff called him recently after media reports surfaced that Diaz was seeking the positions.
Fraissinet said he was drafting an opinion to determine legal consequences for the district. Elliff Oral Steroids Pompholyx later suggested Diaz call Fraissinet, which he did. Fraissinet said based on the discussion he and Diaz had, Diaz made a decision on his Del Mar candidacy.
Diaz said before he called Fraissinet he had received advice from the Texas Association of School Boards, which represents the state more than 1,000 school districts. He said he also contacted the attorney general office in Austin, but was told that getting an opinion would take weeks.
He said he was trying to save local taxpayers money by not consulting the district board attorney; Fraissinet said it costs the district money when district officials seek legal opinions.
course, my heart is with CCISD . and I made that clear, he said.
He said he will continue to work with Del Mar in its fundraising efforts.
Clark tried to speak while Diaz was speaking and Diaz forcefully said he had the floor.
get back on topic! Clark said, adding the agenda item wasn related to the validity of Del Mar.
understands the importance of education, Clark said.
In 2009, members of the Leopard Street Corridor Association questioned whether it was a conflict for Longoria to serve on both boards. At the time, Fraissinet said neither board has jurisdiction over the other and the boards don make decisions that directly affect the operations of the other.
